Simon comes to KLC with a vast background in employee management.

His background includes experience in staff training, stock control, management of staff including staff rosters and customer service. 

He is a qualified butcher by trade and has experience in the construction sector with flooring installation and waterproofing products sales /install.

In addition, Simon has experience working for Carters in Hastings as the Showroom/Bulkstore Manager which has aided his transition to the role of Kiln Manager.
