Neil is a very skilled and respected Production Manager with over 35 years' experience. He is recognised as being at the top of his trade in New Zealand. This reputation has been earned through his production management roles at Carter Holt Harvey, private companies and KLC.

Throughout his career, Neil has developed superior people skills (at all levels) and specialised industry knowledge. He is a qualified machinist with a Trade Certificate in Machining. He has attended total quality management and motivational courses run by David Forman as well as travelled to Germany multiple times to receive specialist training at the world's best wood machinery supplier factory (Weinig).
